Camp at the base of the Snowy Range Mountains on a full moon, Medicine Bow National Forest, Wyoming 120928.jpg
This is one of my favorite spots to camp right at the base of the mountains at about 10,000 feet elevation. This particular night I hiked in after the sun had gone down and relied on the bright full moon for light. The moonlight was spectacular, and I woke early the net morning to take some photos of the sunrise. The Snowy Range Mountains are one of my favorite places on this Earth!
